Full Gear Risky Roulette Tournament

16 Randomly made Tag Teams will compete in a tournament where the winners will go on to Main Event Full Gear to face off against AEW World Champion Jon Moxley in a triple threat match.

(Mox obviously doesn't qualify and neither does Archer being the Dealer's Choice Card Winner and obviously anyone injured.)
