Horrorfan_1986 but you will still participate correct?
Eh, maybe.
and I am interested to know what ideas you would have for one?
Taking into consideration the knowledge and tastes of the posters of this board?
The most obvious one (And I'm sure most would agree) would be a "25 best LA Sports Arena matches of the 1980's".
No?
The most basic ones would be best PPV and worst PPV. Those are two that are a little easier to judge and rank rather than trying to come up with some made up system like you'd need for worst gimmicks or commentators. Best debuts/returns sorta follows the made up system formula, but it sounds more fun to me, especially when you take into account different companies than just WWE.
The next one is a bit wacky and different, but it would you could stretch it out longer, have more posts (And hopefully more discussion) and be a little more extensive. It would mean more work for you though. Basically, you set a time from - for example...1990 - 2010. Each person sends in their top 5 matches for each year. Number 1 would have 5 points and number 5 only 1 point. So once it was done, you'd add up all of the votes for 1990 and begin the countdown. From there, you continue with 1991, 1992 and keep going until 2010. By time you're done with it all, you officially have Pulse's top 5 matches for twenty years (when you only count the top 5 per year). You'd be able to do loads of tidbits once it was over such as which wrestler was involved in the most matches, which Pulse member had most of their picks in the final 5 and which wrestler had the longest streak of being a top 5.
