Newswire! Including a couple of matches for the SoTF being announced.
September 18th: It doesn't get any bigger than this weekend. Tomorrow (Friday) will see ROH tape PPV #9 when it returns to Boston at the Case Gym on the beautiful Boston University Campus on 285 Babcock Street with a zip code of 02215. Then on Saturday ROH returns to Philadelphia, but this time the show will be at the historic New Alhambra/former ECW Arena on 7 Ritner Street with a zip code of 19148. Belltime for both nights is 8pm and tickets will be available at the door in both Boston and Philadelphia. It looks to be a very tough weekend for ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness. He will defend the title in Boston against Roderick Strong, who has come close to winning the World Title in the past. Strong is a definite threat to the title. The winner of McGuinness vs. Strong in Boston will immediately put the title on the line in Philly against El Generico, who is one of the most popular athletes in ROH. Generico's high-flying, innovative offense can defeat anyone at anytime. He showed a lot of heart in taking McGuinness to the limit last month in Cleveland. Generico is very capable of scoring the upset in Philadelphia. Get your tickets at the door in both Philly and Boston and see if McGuinness can continue his momentum as ROH World Champion.
September 18th: Put September 26th down on your calendar because that is the premiere of the ROH "New Horizons" pay-per-view on iN DEMAND, The DISH Network and TVN cable systems. September 18th: We now have the official word that new GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson will put the title on the line this Saturday in Philadelphia against Katsuhiko Nakajima. It was an emotional moment when Danielson won the championship last Sunday in Tokyo. Now he is ready to take on one of Japan's hardest kickers. In fact, many consider Nakajima the hardest kicker in all of wrestling. Can Nakajima realize his potential and gain the biggest win of his career in Philadelphia?
September 18th: Kensuke Sasaki and Katsuhiko Nakajima will be available for autographs on Saturday in Philly. Autograph tickets will be sold at the show.
