Wait what?
You didn't watch? Fisher was defending Pierce the whole fourth quarter and overtime. Marion was on KG and playing C. Vince was the PF vs Green and Bass. Mayo and Rondo were matched up, while DC and Terry were. It was crazy to me how that frontline didnt get exploited routinely. I would have been screaming bully ball if I was doc

oh right, good memory, man. forgot about him since he hasn't played on the celtics, or pissed me off in years. i'm sure if he was still around he'd give pierce a run for his money.

Nah I was watching the Suns game. I know Peirce has declined but jesus he needs to retire if Fisher can guard him let alone a Fisher WAYYYYY past his prime.

I would be pissed at my frontline. There's no excuse to bot post Fisher, Vince, or Marion up trip down and destroy them as the opposing 3-5. It's lunacy. Game was good though because Boston couldn't exploit them. They tried once or twice but went to Rondo when it failed

Why do Celts keep going to Rondo iso in big game situations? Run a play instead of having Rondo 1v1 when he isn't that clutch and isn't much of a scorer regardless. Always seems wierd to me from a relatively new NBA fan why they have iso's to win big game situations when they run a play for almost everything else.

They (and lots of other teams) tend to ISO on the last possession, even though it's a lower % play, because it pretty much eliminates the chance of a turnover and ensures the team with the ball will have the last shot.

Ah yeah, makes sense I guess. Why they use Rondo though is beyond me.

Did Rockets really beat Knicks? I like Rockets but I would never think of them beating my Knicks.

Lopez showing that he is unusable when the team Nets play against has just a bit tougher defense. :piper:
