I just knew TNA wouldn't resist a jab at WWE.

Just smacks of a "lol WWE didnt sign Sting we still have him na na na na na" kind of thing.

Here's the tapings for the second show airing 3/10

Second Show
The Pope faced Samoa Joe. Real quick match with Pope winning by using a foreign object.

In a continuation of her open challenge, Roxxi returned to TNA to take Madison Rayne up on her challenge. Madison Rayne defeated Roxxi in a glorified squash match. (Gerweck is reporting that Mickie James ran in after the match)

Sarita, Angelina (of Jersey Shore) and Cookie vs The Beautiful People and Winter. At the end of the match, The Shore held Velvet Sky for Winter to hit her but Winter went after Shore instead. Velvet Sky rolled up Cookie for the win.

Ink Inc defeated Generation Me after hitting their Samoan Drop/Mooregasm Finisher. Beer Money was on commentary.

Sting comes out to celebrate his World Title win. Crowd is hot for Sting! Sting thanks the fans for following him through his career. Sting puts over Jeff Hardy for being one of the best wrestlers he has ever faced. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff interrupt. Hogan credits Sting for knowing that they were taking over TNA but then called him a quitter. Sting said he never quit on the fans and then talks about their history in WCW. Mr. Anderson interrupts and says he wants his rematch for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Jeff Hardy and later RVD interrupt and want the same thing. Hulk Hogan comes out and says that he calls the shots in TNA. At Victory Road it will be Sting vs Jeff Hardy for the World Title. Rob Van Dam will face Mr. Anderson at Victory Road as well. Tonight however it will be Sting and Rob Van Dam vs Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson.

Ric Flair and Matt Hardy call out AJ who accepts. This is Flair country but AJ says that TNA is the house he built. Matt has a few words about being cold blooded. This turns into Matt Hardy vs AJ Styles! Alot of different weapons came into play during the match. Matt Hardy and Ric Flair eventually defeated AJ following a Twist of Fate from Matt.

Backstage, Mr. Anderson attacks Sting and says has his World Title.

Time for the Tag Team Main Event as everyone but Sting make their way to the ring. Sting is probably selling the attack by Anderson. Anderson and Hardy control most of the match. At one point Hardy tried to tag in Anderson but Anderson wouldn't accept the tag. Moments later, Anderson laid out Hardy with the Mic Check. The lights go out and Sting heads to the ring. He lays out Anderson with the Scorpion Death Drop allowing RVD to hit the 5 Star Frog Splash for the win.

They redid the wedding. The NFL Player, Bart Scott played the enforcer of the wedding. The wedding went off well and although everyone in the crowd objected to the wedding it ended on a solid note as Kurt Angle showed up with the sledgehammer and destroyed everything. Eric Bischoff instructs Scott to go after Angle and they get into each other's faces. They start to fight until security breaks things up to end the taping.

Thought that was being taped tomorrow. Looks better than the March 3rd show but I still see flaws.

Had a feeling Sting would be returning to TNA, as part of their big announcement. Only because I couldn't think of anything else TNA could possibly be bringing in to be that announcement.

Both shows look meh. But i'll probably watch them just for the Sting parts and the JJ wedding. And  @ Angelina challenging Jwoww to a match.

I love that Sting probably thinks saying nice things about Jeff Hardy amounts to putting him over. You know what would better put him over? PUTTING HIM OVER.

I don't think Sting understands that concept anymore. Just rather say the guy's name a million times in one promo and thinks that's good enough.

Impact starts with Sting in the ring with both the new and old TNA Championship belts. Sting also has a new red shirt. He says he has something to get off his chest before Hulk Hogan's show starts. He wants Hogan and Eric Bischoff to get out here and face him. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff come to the ring. Sting gives the Hardy belt to Hogan and says this is theirs. Hogan tosses it out of the ring. Sting asks Hogan how he could do what he did to Jeff Hardy? Take a guy who was the brightest of the bright stars and turn him into the blackest of black. Hardy is a man who makes his own decision but it was the influence of Hogan and Bischoff that led him down that path. The path of needing more money and power. He can't do anything for Hardy now but he can help the others in TNA trying to make a name for themselves. Hogan says Sting is Mr. Johnny Come Lately. Blame him and EB for the embarrassment Hardy caused Immortal? Hardy was the one who is at fault here. Hardy couldn't stand in the shadow of the immortal Hulk Hogan. Everybody else in Immortal is doing great, brother. Sting needs to look out for himself. Hogan has main eventers all around the world wanting to jump on his back and join in with the tsunami taking over wrestling. Sting says if the phone is ringing off the hook, where are the people? All he ever sees is Hogan and Bischoff with some jokes behind them.

Bully Ray's music hits and comes to the ring. He says he's been ringing Hogan's phone off the hook. He's been waiting for this his whole life. Hogan is the one who made this business what it is today. He says Sting is a co-star, a sidekick. Ray says Sting is selfish. This isn't about the boys in the back, this is about Sting trying to measure up to Hogan. Ray says it would be his honor to take out Sting for Immortal. He wants to prove himself and face Sting. Hogan says don't even worry about that. He gets cut off by Fortune's music. Fortune is in the ring. AJ Styles says there are four men in the ring that go by the name Fortune and they have Sting's back 100%. He asks Ray what he wanted since getting in the business? That's right, be a singles wrestler. Instead he had a partner that carried the load for 15 years. Without Devon there would be no tag titles, no success. Ray says he'd like to slap the smile off AJ's face. If it wasn't for Dixie Carter wiping his a-- he wouldn't be anywhere. Ray is a 23 time world tag champion so shut-up and let's get back to him. AJ slaps Ray in the face.

Mr. Anderson's music hits and gets in the ring. Anderson immediately asks for his rematch. He gets in Hogan's face and wants to know where it is. Hogan says he really is an a--hole. Anderson says yes, he is an a--hole. Hogan says he had a top contenders shot and couldn't get the job done. Anderson says Rob Van Dam couldn't get it done either. Bischoff says how about a four-way for the #1 contenders match? Mr. Anderson vs. RVD vs. Bully Ray vs. AJ Styles. Anderson says they can't do that. Bischoff says he can and he did

Brooke Hogan is here. Hogan's wife is here too.

Ink Inc. vs. Scott Steiner & Crimson. Winner via Red Alert from Crimson to Shannon Moore, Scott Steiner & Crimson. Moore threw Steiner's headgear at him after the match and Neal had to stop a brawl from erupting.

TNA taped a segment where D'Angelo Dinero did a series of "Miracles" The segment was said to be in very very bad taste.

For the TNA Knockouts Championship, Alissa Flash vs. Madison Rayne w/Tara. Winner via Rayne Drop in under a minute, Madison Rayne. Mickie James runs out right away but Madison and Tara bail. James is sick of Rayne's ridiculous title bouts. If she's a fighting champ then come here and fight me. Madison asks James what she thinks gives her the right to demand title shot after title shot after title shot. She's out of chances and it's not worth her while. James asks what would make it worth her while? Madison wants Mickie's locks. After beating Mickie she wants to embarrass her and shave her head. Mickie agrees.

Jeff and Karen Jarrett are now out. Jeff says the alpha male has something to say. Kurt Angle does not have one shred of honor or dignity left in him. As a good man he can no longer do this to Kurt. He offers up a truce to Kurt Angle. He will rise up and be the better man and put an end to the misery. They have to co-exist for the kids. Kurt, please come out and beg for forgiveness. Kurt comes out holding a big present. He walks with a smile and hands the box to Karen. Kurt says Jeff is right. He's a husband and father and they need to co-exist. Kurt brought a gift as a peace offering. Jeff asks Kurt if he's being sincere. Kurt says look at him, does he look insincere? Jeff opens the gift and it's a guitar with the American flag on it. USA chant starts. Jeff, Kurt and Karen raise their hands together to pose but Kurt grabs the guitar and smashes it on Jeff and busts him open hardway. Karen goes for a low blow but Kurt isn't affected. He goes in his pants and pulls out a cup. Jeff is bleeding profusely from the head in multiple places. Karen cowers in the corner and he tells her to "stay down." He says he's sick of this and will end her. He wants Jeff in a cage at Lockdown. Jeff shakes his head no. Kurt says if he doesn't get what he wants he will hunt them down and kill them. Angle leaves while Jeff bleeds.

For the TNA World Television Championship, Gunner vs. Murphy vs. Rob Terry. Winner & new Television Champion via TKO to Murphy, Gunner. Eric Bischoff was on the ramp afterwards and gave Gunner some applause and a thumbs up.

Hernandez & Sarita & Rosita vs. Matt Morgan & Angelina Love & Winter. Angelina had a new entrance video and music. It's a street fight but not announced as one. Winner via catatonic back breaker from Winter to Rosita, Morgan, Angelina and Winter. Really quick match. An unidentified Hispanic guy came out and helped Hernandez after the match. Morgan ran them off and then celebrated in the ring.

For the #1 contendership to the TNA Championship, AJ Styles vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson. No winner. A chair was in the ring and Anderson gave RVD a back suplex. Earl Hebner counted three but both of their shoulders were down because they were knocked out. Ray and AJ fought all over after the match. They went to the announcers table and ended up on the stage. AJ went to Ray with a chair but Ric Flair hit AJ with a low blow. Ray grabbed AJ and gave him a sit out powerbomb off the stage through a table. Agents and referees rushed out to check on them. Both are out of it and woozy. Paramedics are out with a stretcher and are taking AJ to the hospital. Fortune is out checking on AJ. Ray got up and pushed some security guys around and left. Ray came back out and tried to get back at AJ. Agents held him back. He went to the other side of the stage and fell. It looks like Bully Ray hurt himself and might have pulled a quad or blown his knee out.
Sounds like a good iMPACT tbh. Lots of stuff on here I like the sound of.

Actually gonna agree with Dale on this one but I'm not gonna get my hopes up.

After the first Impact leading into Lockdown we know Sting will defend his title but don't know who against, Mickie will face Madison in a title vs hair match, and Jarrett will most likely end up facing Angle.

TNA Impact (Airing Thursday, March 24th on Spike TV):
They're setting up for the start of Impact. They have a whiteboard with formulas, graphs and calculations in the center of the ring. Mr. Anderson's music starts and the crowd erupts. He comes to the ring with a gentleman in a suit. He's Professor Shubert from the University of Green Bay. He's one of the finest mathematicians to ever come out of Wisconsin. Anderson admits they didn't get along because when the professor was talking about integers he was thinking about Mary Beth Kapowski. Now he's here because these two a--holes backstage, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan, their math is off. Last week he had a match with Reefer Van Dam. Both guys had their shoulders down. 1 2 3 = tie. Add that to the fact he never got his rematch. 0 + his one rematch he didn't get = I WANT MY FRICKING REMATCH! Now back to Mary Beth Kapowski. Professor, did you not approve because he was teaching integers or because he was into her? She told Anderson that Shubert told her he was gay. Anderson asks if that's true. Shubert admits it was true. Anderson says that's cool, one of his best friends is gay. So let me give you something to remember me by. Anderson Mic Checks the professor. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff then come out. Eric asks if he's trying to be funny? He's a bad comedian. Eric asks Hulk if this is the same guy he sees something in? Eric asks Anderson if he goes around beating up every teacher he didn't like. Eric says he's done with him. Hogan says hold on, he thinks Anderson is hilarious. He's spot on. But he's been running amuck, breaking the rules, breaking my rules. He says Anderson can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is the Immortal way and every perk that comes with it. He tells him there is no rematch unless Anderson earns it and he hasn't earned it. Anderson says he's earned it already. Hogan says all he has is a contract signed by Dixie Carter. He can take that contract and wipe his a-- with it.

Hogan says if Anderson can beat Rob Van Dam then he gets his shot. Anderson says RVD isn't even in his league. RVD's music immediately hits. RVD says don't act surprised. This is pro wrestling. You talk smack, the guy's music hits, he comes out, you answer for what you said. RVD isn't happy about this but will do what he has to to get the title. He was here because everybody called him to come to TNA but came because Hulk Hogan called him and said be who you want. If that's true then this is RVDTV. Sting comes out to the ramp. He said that he spoke to the network since they've been talking to Hogan nd Bischoff so much. They said in RVD vs. Anderson they want him to be the special enforcer. And if something goes wrong then he's in charge and that means it's SHOWTIME!

Mickie James vs. Tara. Winner via Last Kiss Goodnight, Mickie James. TNA Knockout Women's Champion Madison Rayne stood on the entrance ramp after the match. She and Mickie had a stare down until Madison left.

Okato vs. "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero. Winner via DQ after Pope hit Okato while wearing rings, Okato. After the match, Dinero knocked the referee out with a backhand. Samoa Joe ran out but Pope bailed. Okato got his mouth busted open during the match. Afterwards trainers checked him while he bled. They helped him to the back and cleaned the blood from the ring.

Ric Flair "styles and profiles" to the ring with Bully Ray and Matt Hardy. Flair likes to steal the show but tonight "god" is here for others. He's here with two of the best tag team wrestlers of all-time. Hardy says he has some guys they've all had problems with and those guys are Fortune. He wants them all out here right now. He and Ray were young and hungry like those guys once. But he and Ray changed the industry. Crowd chants we want Fortune. He says they became mega celebrities, making lots of money and gaining lots of success. But the same people shaking their hands along the way and saying they were great were also working against them knowing they couldn't control them. Crowd chants boring and is very against Hardy talking. He goes on saying that he, Ray, Flair, Immortal are where it's at and need to get with them to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Bully Ray says he sent AJ Styles a message last week, powerbombing him through a table. Why did he do it? Because he can. Now that they've taken care of AJ, how about the rest of Fortune take them on? Or do they not have the balls for it? Fortune comes out and attacks Immortal. They beat them all up and get ready to take Flair out. The lights go down except for red lights.

Abyss appears, wearing a duster and a new outfit. He takes out Fortune and Immortal start laying a major beat down on Fortune. Bully Ray uses his chain, Abyss hits some Black Hole Slams as Fortune can't do anything about it. Immortal leaves a battered and bruised Fortune laying in the ring.

Hernandez, his new associate, Sarita and Rosita come to the ring. He says he knows you know who Sarita and Rosita are. His new friend is Esteban something or other. He's his assistant in this new association of Mexican Americans. They're taking your women and your jobs. They keep mixing in things in Spanish so I don't always know what they're saying. Hernandez says they're the superior race. Soon the people will stop worshiping this (an American flag comes down) and will soon worship this (a giant Mexican flag comes down). Loud USA chant starts. Hernandez says Matt Morgan and Devon want a fight, they can have a street fight right now. Matt Morgan and Devon come out and accept.

Street fight, Hernandez & Esteban vs. Matt Morgan & Brother Devon. During the match Sarita and Rosita interfere so Velvet Sky ran down and attacked them. She couldn't handle both and a beatdown occurs until Angelina Love comes out. She slowly walks towards Sarita and Rosita. She looks weird and has a vacant look. Winter comes out and screams at Angelina to leave. Angelina leaves and the beat down on Velvet continues until Morgan stops it. While this is happening, Esteban hits Devon from behind with a loaded forearm shot for the win. Winners via loaded forearm, Hernandez & Esteban.

Brooke Hogan and Hulk's wife are here again.

Rob Van Dam vs. Mr. Anderson with special guest enforcer TNA Champion Sting. Referee Brian Hebner got knocked out during the match so Sting took over as referee. No winner as Sting and Anderson started fighting. Anderson slid a chair in the ring. While Sting got rid of it, Anderson kicked RVD in the groin and then hit a Mic Check on RVD into the ring post. Anderson demanded Sting count him out but they argued and ended up fighting. Security and agents ran down and had to break the two apart.
ANOTHER match to essentially determine the #1 contender for the WHC and we still don't get an outright winner? Jesus fucking christ. Also, at least everyone's favourite Abyss is back!

Most likely going to be Sting/RVD/Anderson at Lockdown, and then a immortal/fortune lethal lockdown....and then just a whole bunch of other shit thrown together.

1. How is Bully Ray in line for a title shot after losing to Tommy Dreamer at the last PPV?

2. When did he become a member of Immortal?

3. Anybody else bust out laughing when they read a huge TNA star returned and then found out it was Abyss?

Think Ray isn't apart of the group just showing he is worth being in it or some shit I read in the spoilers for the other show. As for him getting a title shot tho idk where that comes from. Also this whole not having a #1 contender thing is getting old fast.
