Way they should have done this was have Roode beat Angle, then have Storm face Angle to see who becomes number 1 contender for the next PPV Storm wins. Have Storm pull out a win on Roode to win the title but don't have Roode turn heel or anything yet but just wants a rematch at the next PPV. Tease Roode having jealousy or something like that week after week leading up to the PPV. Then at the next PPV whether Roode win the belt back or Storm retains have Roode turn heel then. This accomplishes not having the damn thing rushed, saves big stuff for the PPV, keeps these two as the main eventers of the show and doesn't have Roode's qwest to the title momentum be killed by losing to Angle at BFG.

I would have had Roode win the title from Angle at BFG and have him celebrate with Storm. Then have Storm and Angle wrestle to determine the new number one contender but I would have Angle win after he cheats to beat Storm. Roode can pretend to be sad for Storm but secretly he would be happy he wasn't facing him former partner. Have Roode beat Angle again and then Roode calls someone else out as a challenger but ignores Storm. Keep this going for a few months where it eventually becomes clear that Roode is ducking Storm and doesn't want to wrestle him. This would turn Roode heel and eventually they would wrestle on PPV for the title and Storm would win the title and become a top face in TNA.

That's a great idea as well and I like it more than what I ended up coming up with. No matter what way you slice it Roode without a doubt should have won at BFG. God forbid a TNA original get a huge moment on the biggest PPV they have over Angle though.

I completely agree the biggest mistake was Roode not winning at BFG especially since Angle just dropped the title the next night. No wonder TNA buyrates struggle when they have booked two WORLD title changes on Impact in the past few weeks. Those changes should occur on PPV or very rarely you can have it happen on Impact but having it so often is throwing money away.

They seem more concerned with RATINGZ! (that are pretty much the same story every week) than making their PPV's interesting so it doesn't surprise me. Hell based on Hogan and Eric's twitter post they seem mostly interested in trying to swerve Internet fans over the quality of their PPV.

To me it is insane because I would have thought that PPV buyrates meant a lot more than tv ratings. A slight increase in buyrates means a lot more money whereas a slight increase in ratings means nothing.

The KO Tag Titles don't mean anything, so having Tara and Tessmacher no longer as champs doesn't surprise me.

Roode winning the title from Storm is surprising. They could've easily have teased Roode turning heel for a few weeks at least before pulling the trigger and having him finally turn on Storm by cheating to win the TNA title at No Surrender. But whatever, it's done now. Bischoff & Hogan's reaction's will be interesting. And also, it's going to be AJ vs Roode for the title at No Surrender.

Styles is now in the title scene? So Angle and Storm don't get their rematches? Really odd and it wouldn't surprise me if the Impact after No Surrender Styles wins the title.

Novemeber 3rd
- Thanks to Brent for the following TNA Impact Wrestling spoilers from last night's tapings in Macon, Georgia. These will air next week, November 3rd:

* Jimmy Rave defeated Kyle Matthews in a dark match.

* The show opens with World Champion James Storm and Bobby Roode. Fans are behind both men and they cut good promos. Tonight's match is on.

* Gail Kim and Madison Rayne beat Tara and Brooke Tessmacher to become the new Knockouts Tag Team Champions. Better than your average KO's match and Gail looked great as usual. Karen Jarrett interfered for the win.

* Out comes Garrett Bischoff for a promo. He called out his dad Eric Bischoff to apologize. Gunner attacked his dad which brought out Ric Flair and Gunner for the save.

* Kid Kash came out for commentary before Austin Aries vs. Jesse Sorensen in a non-title match. Sorensen got the win with a quick roll up.

* Robbie E. and Rob Terry come to the ring and call out Jersey Shore's Ronnie and Eric Young. Ronnie ended up tackling Robbie E. but got beat down by he and Terry. A tag match is made for next week.

* Mr. Anderson and Jeff Hardy vs. Jeff Jarrett and Bully Ray ends when Immortal comes down and beats the faces down. Good tag team match here.

* Matt Morgan calls out Crimson and challenges him to fight at Turning Point. Crimson accepts and the match is on.

* Bobby Roode beat James Storm to become the new World Heavyweight Champion in the match of the night. Roode turned heel and hit Storm with a beer bottle. Lots of heat for Roode.

November 10th
Thanks to Brent for the following TNA Impact Wrestling spoilers from last night's tapings in Macon, Georgia. These will air in two weeks on November 10th:

* Crimson beat The Pope in the opener.

* Garrett Bischoff vs. Gunner is up next. Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff are at ringside. Garrett wins by DQ when Flair interfered.

* Jesse Sorensen beat Zema Ion. Kid Kash comes out after the match. He and Sorensen go at it until Austin Aries comes down and helps with the double team. Kash vs. Sorensen vs. Austin Aries for the X Division Title is made for Turning Point.

* Gail Kim and Madison Rayne defend the Knockouts Tag Team Titles against Velvet Sky and Mickie James. Decent but not as good as the first Knockouts tag match.

* Bobby Roode comes out to major heat as the new World Heavyweight Champion. James Storm comes out and they fight until security breaks it up. Sting announces that Storm will get his rematch tonight.

* Ronnie from Jersey Shore and Eric Young vs. Robbie E. and Rob Terry is up next. Ronnie wins for his team by pinning Robbie E.

* AJ Styles beat Daniels in another great match. Daniels went to use a screwdriver on Styles but Rob Van Dam made the save, leading to the win for AJ.

* Mr. Anderson, Jeff Hardy and Abyss beat Scott Steiner, Jeff Jarrett and Bully Ray.

* Someone attacks James Storm before he and Bobby Roode's rematch backstage but Storm doesn't know who did it. The match barely goes on and Roode wins after Storm passes out due to blood loss and Roode pins him. Another solid match. AJ Styles, who was watching with Fortune, challenges Roode for the World Title and the match is made for Turning Point by Sting.
