Robert Feller was at the Impact Wrestling Zone on Wednesday night for the tapings for the Impact Wrestling episode to air on Thursday August 25, 2011.

It was thought that the first match was a re-tape of the Gauntlet Match from Tuesday night’s taping.

X Division Gauntlet featuring Mark Haskins, Alex Shelley, Robbie E, Zema Ion, Jesse Sorensen, Anthony Nese, Kid Kash, and Austin Aries to determine the Number One Contender for the TNA X Division Title.

The match featured a series of singles matches with the winner of the fall advancing to the next opponent until all eight men were in the match.
Mark Haskins defeated Alex Shelley
Mark Haskins defeated Robbie E
Zema Ion defeated Mark Haskins
Jesse Sorensen defeated Zema Ion
Jesse Sorensen defeated Anthony Nese
Jesse Sorensen defeated Kid Kash
Austin Aries defeated Jesse Sorensen

After the match, Christy Hemme interviewed Aries and he said he would take the X Division title from Brian Kendrick. Kendrick came out and tried to shake Aries’ hand. Aries blew him off and the two brawled to the back.

Kurt Angle comes out to the ring and calls out Crimson since Crimson called him out last week. Crimson comes to the ring and takes a mic. Angle said that last week Crimson showed that he had balls. Either that or he is a jackass. Angle says that Crimson wants to be famous. Angle said that tonight he was going to defeat Crimson to end his undefeated streak as well as his career. Crimson says that Angle wants Crimson's respect, and he will get his respect. If he wants to take out the young guys, Angle start with Crimson tonight.

Immortal (Bully Ray, Abyss, Scott Steiner, Gunner, Jeff Jarrett, and Karen Jarrett) comes out and Ray asks Angle if he knows who he is talking to. Ray puts over Crimson's accomplishments. Kurt cuts Ray off and says let him handle it himself. If any of Immortal gets involved with his match tonight, there will be a problem. Angle says to Crimson that it is time to make him famous.

Jackie Moore, ODB, and Velvet Sky defeated Angelina Love, Rosita, and Sarita (with Hernandez) when Velvet pinned Angelina. During the match, Angelina was trying to have ODB and Jackie attack Velvet. Angelina had Velvet beaten and she offered ODB and Jackie a chance to attack Velvet. Instead of attacking Velvet, ODB and Jackie attacked Angelina, allowing Velvet to get the win.

Kid Kash defeated Jesse Sorensen with a roll up using the tights. Christy Hemme interviewed Kash after the match and Kash said that he whipped Jesse's ass, much like he does his son when his son disrespects him.
Kash then called Jesse a prick. Jesse got in Kash’s face and Kash slapped him. Security broke them up.

In a Bound For Glory Series Match, Rob Van Dam defeated D’Angelo Dinero by submission with a surfboard. Van Dam worked on Dinero’s leg throughout the match. Matt Morgan was on commentary during this match

After the match, Joe came out and attacked Dinero. Devon limped down to the ring because of what happened to him last week. Devon’s kids are trying to encourage Devon to help Dinero. Devon gets into the ring and Joe leaves. Devon helps Pope to his feet and then Devon leaves.

Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair come to the ring for a promo. Hogan says the main problem that they have right now is that we have a problem and Hogan calls out Sting to the ring. Sting comes to the ring and Hogan says that this thing has gone way too far and it has to end tonight. Hogan says that Sting is not in his right mind. Hogan says this show is a family show and we can't have all this craziness going on. Sting laughs at what Hogan had to say. Hogan says that we have learned from our mistakes and that him and Bischoff will run the company with impeccable precision.

Hogan offers a hand to Sting to end the madness. Sting says that he will do this under one condition. Hogan says anything that Sting wants him to do. Sting says how about milk and cookies, rainbows, unicorns, and then he says he wants flowers. Sting hugs Hogan and even kisses him. Flair throws off his jacket and takes a mic. He says Sting is out of control. Flair says Sting was crazy when he was saying that he was sucking his mother's tit. Sting says that he won't be able to go for the kill on Flair and Flair said he will "kick his f***ing ass."

Sting says he will go through Flair and says he is looking at his calendar and is thinking Bound For Glory for him and Hogan. Flair says tells Sting not to get ahead of himself, but Sting cuts him off and says that's it and tata for now and leaves.

AJ Styles comes out and he wants Christopher Daniels to join him in the ring. Daniels wants a rematch for their match at Destination X in July. AJ criticized Daniels for asking for the match last week while doing commentary. AJ says to let it end here, but he wants to know why Daniels wants the rematch so badly.

Daniels takes the mic and says Destination X was all about competition and it was a great night but he still lost. Daniels asked himself if he even still has what it takes to be in TNA. He wants to know if this is the time to walk away and hang up the boots. He wants to find out in a rematch with AJ and says he came back to TNA, Fortune, and even through a table for AJ. Daniels says that he needs to know if it is the time for him to walk away. Daniels starts to break down and he says that they will do it one more time at No Surrender.

AJ says that he is going to be in the finals of the Bound for Glory Series at No Surrender so they will do it next week on Impact. Styles says that right now he has to kick some Immortal butt.

Bully Ray, Gunner, and Scott Steiner defeated AJ Styles and Beer Money in a Falls Count Anywhere Match when Ray pinned Styles with a Bubba Bomb. The match went all over the Impact Wrestling Zone. Abyss was on the stage watching the entire time.

After the match, Mr. Anderson showed up in a Humvee in the Impact Zone. Anderson sent Steiner through a table and busted open Gunner with a chain. Anderson rubbed Gunner's blood on himself. Ray was shouting at Anderson telling him that he was crazy and Ray walked up the ramp. Ray asked Abyss to do something but Abyss stood there and did nothing.

In a Non Title Match, Crimson defeated TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle by disqualification. Crimson had the pin until Samoa Joe ran out and broke up the pin causing the referee to declare the match a disqualification. Joe continued his attack on Crimson and had a brief stare down with Angle.

Angle left and Joe went back after Crimson. Crimson fought back and Joe exited the ring and stared at Crimson from the ramp.

9/1/11
Hulk Hogan came out to start show and talked about offer Ric Flair made. Kurt Angle came out. Angle talked about taking out young veterans and added Sting. Sting vs. Angle for title later. Sting came out and accepts.

1. Gunner defeated Rob Van Dam in a Bound For Glory Series match. Gunner won via pinfall when Jerry Lynn interfered.

Eric Bischoff came out with Traci Brooks to address all the Knockouts in the ring. He talked about leadership and named Karen Jarrett the new head of the Knockouts division. She named ODB and Jackie to the roster. She then named Traci Brooks her assistant.

2. Jesse Sorenson and Brian Kendrick beat Austin Aries and Kid Kash. Sorenson pinned Kash via roll up.

3. Mickie James defeated Winter to win the TNA Knockouts Title. James won the match with a kick to the head.

Matt Morgan called out Joe and Joe and Matt brawled. Eventually, Joe hit Morgan in the arm with a chair against the ring post.

4. Christopher Daniels defeated A.J. Styles. Daniels got the win after Styles slipped on the ropes.

5. Kurt Angle defeated Sting to retain the TNA Title. Hulk Hogan was special referee. Kurt retains after interference and Angle Slam on chair. Immortal came down to beat Sting, and Anderson made the save.
9/8/11
1. The Pope and Devon beat The British Invasion to become No. 1 contenders to the TNA Tag Titles. Devon and Dinero won after Devon does a spinebuster type slam.

JB introduced the Bound For Glory Series final four - Bully Ray, Gunner, and Beer Money. Bully Ray cut a promo on how Beer Money won't be a team after the series. He put over Gunner as future and how he will make sure Bully Ray will be champion. There will be a four corners match with all four participating. Bobby Roode said they both want to be a champion and it's their dream. He says both will share victory after whichever one wins the title after Bound For Glory.

2. Eric Young defeated Robbie E to retain the TNA Television Title. Light Heavyweight champion Eduardo Alvarez is at commentary. Eric Young retains after Spike Piledriver.

3. Winter and Angelina Love defeated Mickie James and Velvet Sky. Winter blew mist in Mickie's eyes and then pinned her.

Austin Aries came out to great heat. He cut a decent promo and then Kendrick came out in a suit and did some crazy promo. It was a pretty decent exchange.

4. Gunner defeated Bully Ray, James Storm, and Bobby Roode in a four corners match. Gunner pinned Ray after a running knee.

5. Mr. Anderson beat Kurt Angle by DQ in a TNA Title match. The match ended in disqualification when Immortal ran out and attacked Anderson and Sting.

It was announced that The Network agreed to give Jeff Hardy a live mic. Hardy's promo was how he let the fans and the guys down in the back. He can't expect people to forgive him but he asks for one more shot and leaves.
Really don't see the point in them doing the whole KO's law deal as it just ends up being pointless. And as far as Jeff goes guess they are gonna lead up to him facing Angle for the title.

Opens with Flair/Sting in-ring promo but it ends up being retaped later in a condensed form. Flair dropped Vince McMahon’s name during this promo but not the retape.

Backstage, Karen Jarrett talks condescending to Traci and tells her she has five minutes to gather up all the knockouts and bring them to her office.

8-Person Mixed Tag Match
Mexican America .vs. Pope, Devon, Tara, and Tessmacher

Turned into a big clusterfuck at the end. Tara and Tessmacher picked up stereo pinfalls (referee counted both falls because he probably couldn’t tell who was legal) after Tara delivered a Baldo Bomb to either Sarita or Rosita and Tessmacher transitioned into a pin immediately following a hurricanrana on the other.

Fortune In-Ring Promo
Styles, Daniels, Kazarian, and Storm all tell Roode how happy they are for him and how they know he’ll be the next world champ. Also of note, while Daniels was praising Roode, he kept on making snide comments about his victory over Styles (i.e. how he pinned a former world champ himself). Angle comes out and tells Roode that due to being aligned with Hogan he has stroke around here and over the next few weeks Roode will have to face each member of Fortune. Angle tells Fortune that he knows they want the title for themselves and they could choose to lie down for Roode but then they will end up all the way on the bottom of the title ranks or they could beat Roode and perhaps they’ll be next in line for a championship opportunity. Kazarian is Roode’s opponent tonight.

Qualifying Match for Knockouts Title Match
Angelina Love w/ Winter .vs. Velvet Sky

Sky pins Love after a blantant misfired title belt shot from Winter who accidentally hit Love right in front of the ref. I think it’s the first match of some type of tournament.

Flair/Sting in-ring promo retape
They hype up their match before security comes out to stop them from starting the match early.

Samoe Joe .vs. Matt Morgan
Joe wins via submission with a modified figure four leglock

Bobby Roode .vs. Kazarian

Roode wins via tapout.

Handicap Match
Bully Ray & Jerry Lynn .vs. Mr. Anderson

Bully Ray still needed to use his steel chain behind the ref’s back to put away Anderson even though it was a handicap match.

Main Event
Ric Flair .vs. Sting

Best part of the match = superplex from Sting to Flair. Ending was a clusterfuck. Interference from Immortal with Anderson clearing them away with a steel chair. Hogan stayed and handed Flair brass knucks. They don’t end up working for Flair in the end. Sting beats Flair via Scorpion Death Lock. Flair was so exhausted afterwards he had to be dragged out of the ring to his feet by security/agents/medics but he did walk to the back on his own.
Doesn't look that great, but at least there's nothing :fp: on it which is a nice surprise.

9/13 Taping Results (For 9/22 Show)

DARK MATCH
-Shannon Moore defeated Jesse Godderz with the Mooregasm

IMPACT
-The show opens with a Sting and Hulk Hogan promo. Hogan tries to play off that he isn't cleared to wrestle and feigns a back injury. Eric Bischoff comes out to say something but Sting lays him out. The match between Sting and Hogan at BFG is on.

-We get a backstage segment with Karen Jarrett, Mickie James and Brooke Tessmacher. Apparently there is a storyline where Karen is trying to get the girls to dress more "professionally." Karen makes Brooke vs Mickie James tonight with the winner facing Velvet Sky. Karen then addresses Traci implying that she is a whore. Kazarian comes in and says some things to Karen then leaves with Traci.

-Mickie James defeated Brooke Tessmacher.

-Kurt Angle and Robert Roode have a promo. Kurt Angle said Roode shouldn't have a problem with him but James Storm. It was implied that Storm was bought out by Immortal. Storm says that it isn't true and turns his aggression to Kurt setting up a match between them tonight.

-Austin Aries defeated Jesse Sorensen to retain the X Division Title.

-Christopher Daniels comes to the ring. He is refusing to face Bobby Roode tonight saying he does what he wants. He makes a few snide comments about AJ Styles, leading to the Phenomenal One coming to the ring. Daniels and AJ exchange words which eventually lead to them engaging in a brawl. The brawl goes backstage and then back to the ring. Kazarian comes out to break them up which allows Daniels to hit a low blow on AJ.

-James Storm vs Kurt Angle went to a No Contest as all control over the match was lost when multiple referees were knocked out.

God that Sting/Hogan match is gonna be really horrible. AJ and Daniels having a rubber match though at BFG apparently though is looking real good.

Heel Daniels again is interesting. Sting/Hogan, although the match will suck, the build up is going to interest me.

Spoilers from last nights tapings:

10/6 Impact:

Beer Money came out and they talked about facing each other tonight. Roode said that he was upset about having to face his family at first, but it's actually preparing him for Kurt Angle at Bound for Glory. Storm and Roode both promised to bring their best against the other.

Gunner defeated Kazarian when he locked on a cross armbreaker. He wouldn't let go so they reversed the decision and Kaz won by DQ.

Ken Anderson came out and said he's never been good as apologizing but wanted to say he was sorry to his a**holes. He ripped on Bully Ray and they went back and forth. Anderson challenged Ray to a Falls Count Anywhere match at Bound for Glory.

*Winter and Madison Rayne defeated Mickie James and Velvet Sky.

*Eric Bischoff called Jeff Hardy to the ring. He ripped on Hardy for dropping the ball. He said Hardy was officially done with TNA and let everyone down. Hardy kicked Bischoff and nailed him with the Twist of Hate, then ran into the crowd when Immortal hit the ring.

*Crimson pinned Samoa Joe with a small package.

*Robert Roode pinned James Storm in a great match. Best thing on the taping. There was a referee bump, so of course Kurt Angle came out. He beat Storm on the floor while Roode was out of it and tossed him back in.

*Hulk Hogan came out for his retirement angle and started crying. Sting showed up and said no one believes it and this is why - he played a secret video of Hogan and Bischoff mocking the fans for believing it and that it was a ploy to sell Hogan shirts. Hogan cut a promo on Sting and said he will face Sting and Sting accepted.

10/13 Taping

*AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam defeated Jerry Lynn and Chris Daniels. Second best match of the show. Styles pinned Lynn with the Styles Clash.

*Kurt Angle called out Robert Roode and congratulated him on beating all of his partners. He mocked Roode and asked him how he would do without James Storm there to tag out too. He said if Roode can beat him, Angle will step aside and shake his hands. He tries to shake hands right there but Roode refuses. Roode cuts a good promo about wanting the belt and says he wants to see who the best wrestler in the world is and doesn't want anyone at ringside at the PPV. Angle agreed and headed to the back, telling Roode he had a handicap match tonight.

*Matt Morgan defeated Samoa Joe. Joe attacked Morgan and Crimson made the save. Joe challenged them to a Three-Way at the PPV.

*Mexican America challenged Ink Inc to a match. Christina Von Eerie debuted as Ink. Inc.'s valet and cleaned the house when the women got involved during a brawl.

*Brian Kendrick and Jesse Sorenson defeated X-Division champion Austin Aries and Kid Kash.

*Mr. Anderson pinned Scott Steiner.

*Bobby Roode defeated Jeff Jarrett and Gunner in a handicap match.

*They had a contract signing for Sting vs. Hogan. Bischoff distracted Sting, allowing Hogan to nail him with a chair to close the taping.
I hate what they're doing with Joe. Christina Von Eerie fits with Ink Inc, especially since she's dating Jessie Neal. Plus it looks like we're going to see Hogan/Sting afterall & not a Tag Match
