Liverpool win tommorow and they can still lose at Chelsea and it be in their own hands.

Well they did it the hard way, but Liverpool got the points, and while you can't rule Chelsea out, the confidence flowing through Liverpool right now just can't see beyond them for the title.

BTW totally forgot that Chelsea hadn't lost at home under Jose until yesterday. That it was Sunderland who ended the run is Quiz Question worthy!

Thoughts on who might take over at Man Utd, and the clubs future?

Van Gaal seems the most likely, as he is leaving the Dutch team after the world cup, and has been linked with a move to England anyway. He kinda fits the profile also, or at least is the biggest name they can realistically attract at this point.

Whoever takes over I think has a hard job on his hands, getting them back into the top four will be very hard for starters. Still, Jose might be free again in the summer if Chelsea don't win anything so that is something they can cling onto! lol.

They will make Klopp an offer too good to turn down, and he'll take it despite claiming otherwise.

He's already reincarnated one fallen giant in Dortmund, and Man Utd can't exactly get any worse. With investment in the summer they will be back in Europe next season.

^If they make the right investments I agree, but that is far from certain. Still say it won't be easy, Liverpool are likely to get even stronger, Chelsea and City still have the best squads and more money to spend, and Arsenal just have a consistent history of finishing at least fourth, then again if Everton beat them to 4th things could be different.

I see Man United struggling myself. I think Liverpool might slip slightly next season but they'll very much be in the top 4 again I imagine. Arsenal will (hopefully) be stronger as well, assuming they sort out their striker problem and get a bit more lucky with injuries.

I still think it was the right choice to sack Moyes, but I don't they'll be the force they once were for a very long time.

Spurs should be title challengers, they have a better squad than us, Utd and Liverpool, if they get a top boss they will easily be up there too.

No way they are paying for a awful transfer policy. Only about three of their ten signings are that good. They might improve with a top class manager, but I can see them going backwards before things improve.

So Keith, looks like it's going to be a very, very nervy end to the season for you now. Massive game for you next week against Hull because I don't see you getting anything from the other two games. Kinda crazy how the relegation fight has closed right up and become kinda interesting again.

I know, City will still be going for the title, and we have an awful record at White Heart Lane. Its a must win against Hull otherwise we could be in big trouble. At the moment I can't see where the next win is coming from, at least Hull might have an eye on the cup final, and are already just about safe. No easy games at this mind, unless your playing us! lol.

City won't win all four of their remaining games IMO, Liverpool just need two more wins, so while today's result has kept things interesting I still think they will win the league.

Medrid stormed past Munich in a surprising one sided semi-final. I have to make them strong favourites for the CL now no matter who they get in the final. Its interesting that this is their first final since 2002.

Anyone want to make a prediction on tonight? Chelsea would have been happy with how the first leg went and are so strong at home so will feel they can finish the job off, but 0-0 for the home side actually isn't a bad result and Altetico will feel if they keep it tight and get the away goal then they can do it. I think Medrid might upset a few people tonight.

Nah Chelsea will prol get another boring 1-0 win from a defender heading it in from a set piece then put 10 men behind the ball again.

Birmingham are pretty much down now and can't see them ever making it back to the Championship let alone the Prem. @Keith will be happy surely
