^Funny thing is, Coral has bets on England winning...3-2?!? Is the team really THAT bad, or are bookies' odds just put up at random?

Shitty international break this weekend, ruins the weekend of football.

Watch an international team I don't care about play some no-name country. No thanks.

I know what you mean it is even worse that it comes so early in the season don't think fans would mind so much if it is was a couple of months in.

So what did people think of the England match last night? Thought it was decent, but the first half was better. We could have won it as we had some good chances before they scored (and their goal was maybe one of the best goals I have ever seen), Gerrard being sent off is a blow as he has been one of our best players recently and is a good captain. Still I am content with a draw its only the second game and four points from the first two is a solid start.

Didn't watch it.

Happy Gerrard got sent off though, now he can miss some of the games. Was it two yellows or straight red?

I didn't even know it was on until I czeched out Twitter.

Thankfully club football is back again this weekend, and Giroud will get his first goals in a rout of Southampton.

Two yellows. Can't remember the first, the second one was correct for sure.

First one was the supposed elbow to the face or whatever you wanna describe it as. Only misses the game against some piss poor side so we should be perfectly fine without him.

Fuck I hope so. Sick of reading how he's a flop and all that, so it'd be great if he scores a couple against Southampton. Him scoring and another clean sheet is what I'm hoping for.

We are guaranteed a clean sheet Ankling, unlike some clubs in Manchester, we don't struggle against teams who were in League 1 two years ago.

^*Waits for words to be eaten*

Ok, so we didn't keep a clean sheet, but absolutely battered them unlike the Manchester clubs.

I wonder where all those fans slating us for not scoring are now? Best goal difference in the league so selling Van Judas was a great decision.

 @ people saying we can't win the league.

And Manchester United complete just a much of a convincing win, with two debutants scoring and no goals from Van Persie. One man team they said :p.

I don't see how you are all thinking about the league yet. See where you are around January then make predictions.

Good wins today for Fulham, Arsenal & Man Utd.

Man City drop points and where very lucky to get a draw. Same could be said for Liverpool who only drew due to Bramble assisting Suarez. Hoping we can get a win V Newcastle on Monday which would put us in 3rd.
