Yeah, I agree. I honestly thought it would have been
Candice[\Spoiler]
I thought is would have just been...

Lars Sullivan...I mean Black did (kayfabe) break his jaw.

Well...I guess we will all have to wait & see where it goes.

As long as we get some great matches out of it
then I'll be happy.

So...I can see Lacy Evans facing Kairi Sane for the belt...and winning.

That shocker though. Wow.

Just want to say after marathonning through the last nine weeks of this show... that was insanely fun.
And that shocker of the attacker blew my mind. (Shouldn't have? I mean he's become the person he hates the most...)

Wish I could post 4534098650285424306964 words but I don't really know where to begin.
But for the stuff y'all care about, hope there's another Cross vs Belair match at the next Takeover. Hell, at Evolution.
Also my prediction with Dakota Kai seems all for naught now. It'll be her time soon but it won't have the same impact... could be wrong.
After the rematch Kai could kick my girl Shayna all the way to Smackdown...

Also, Mia Yim debuted for NXT tonight.
And I have to say it was really awesome to see her there.

She's the complete package & I believe she would look
even better than she does with the NXT women's title
around her lovely waist.

I'm not sure about her using the "Eat Defeat" as a finisher...
but I guess they aren't going to let her use the package
piledriver...which is fair enough.

I feel like I could make some kind of "Piledriver" sex
position joke...but I won't...because then Seth will hit
me with a rolled up newspaper

Now...if we can just get Tessa, Allie & Rosemary into NXT...
all would be right in the world.

Becky Lynch: I'll have the best heel turn!

Dean Ambrose: Hold my beer.

Johnny Gargano: No, hold MY beer!

Okay...so...

Lynch turning "heel" made sense from a long term narrative point of view...
especially considering her past history with Charlotte & her being booked
terribly for so long since she first dropped the title to Bliss.

Not only that but Becky "turning" has only enhanced her career and given
it focus.

Ambrose turning...well...I personally don't really care & it only happened
when it did because of Roman being sidelined long term. It was coming
later...and would have made more sense at that later point.

Not only that...BUT...we've already seen an Ambrose vs. Rollins feud with
the roles reversed...AND the Shield triple threat World title match happened
not that long ago at Battleground 2016.

And Gargano...a guy who has had at least 4 NXT title shots and has failed
every time...well...it just feels kind of forced. Like the writers realized that
Johnny Wrestling was completely burned out as a face & was a complete
failure...and they just flipped a switch.

It would have made perfect storytelling sense for it to have been Lars Sullivan...
but now...it just feels...wrong...or at least it does to me.

I'm sure whatever TakeOver matches they book will be fantastic...they always
are...but this Gargano heel turn...it just feels wrong to me.

Gargano should have won the NXT title at least once...even if he only had a
short reign...it still would have been better than nothing...because what exactly
can he achieve now? The North American title maybe?

I mean its just like with Nakamura & Joe on the main roster...they can only fail
so many times until they don't appear to be a proper threat anymore.

I understand to put wrestlers over you need performers for them to defeat...
but I think the WWE drags out their feuds for too long and the wrestlers who
don't go over suffer because of it.

In my opinion...a focused title feud should last no longer 3 pay per view matches...
and whatever happened to the one off, month long feud with a one & done title match?

Kind of like what they did with Styles & Rusev earlier this year.

The WWE have so much talent yet seem very lazy & boring with how they book it...
at least on the main roster.

NXT is mostly "Less Is More" & it works for them.

Honestly, his turn made sense. He has slowly gotten more and more dark and angry over the past several months, and he removed Black so he can get Ciampa one on one at Brooklyn. It fit with the arch he's had since Takeover: Philidelphia. He's been emotionally charged, getting more and more aggressive, and Tomasso Ciampa has been trying to make him "see the light." Which he has. Gargano didn't want Ciampa to be champ, he wanted to be one on one, so in an act of rage, he did it. His rage also cost him in the Last Man Standing Match. This arch makes sense and works very well.
