Which is what we were saying still though bc we were saying it was more comparable to WWECW than FCW or OVW or whatever bc most new guys went to ECW first then Raw or SmackDown. Plus you have exceptions like Braun who went from PC to the main roster quick but I mean that's Braun so I wouldn't really use it for an argument

It's both WWECW and FCW. Until they make a developmental company between PC and NXT, NXT is still the company responsible for training wrestlers that just left the PC. For the record, NXT has always been WWECW. I remember saying way back when NXT first started why don't they just treat NXT like a stop gap between FCW and WWE and that's exactly what they did.

It's both. Not sure how it's even argument. NXT and the PC are part of the same system. It's just facts.

Well, yes It's a legit third brand. But, it's still very much developmental for WWE.

I do like that WWE is treating it like an equal to Raw and SmackDown, though.

I haven't seen NXT TV is forever. I never expected to come into this thread, but figured I'd see what happened tonight.

All I'm saying is WWE is now saying it started from developmental to become a "full fledged third brand" and since it's obviously new territory that hasn't been done before and can't really be compared to anything from the past...we gotta go with their definition even though they always change em up every week like rules for matches when it suits the angles

I mean the wrestlers in NXT don't really need training though. It's more just to give them exposure before they come to Raw and SD and too make sure the rosters don't get too saturated. I mean I think when the wrestlers started putting on five star matches and war games matches they became past developmental lol.
