To clarify Randy, a argument or debate now and then I think is okay (spoken as a guy who has the award, not as staff mind you.) But the important thing is to act as an adult if you are in the argument and settle it like a mature adult. Yelling STFU is not that. Also you cannot get in arguments all the time.
