and people hated baseball after the MLB strike...steroids saved baseball....the homerun chases got people back into it but these old school shitbag writers can't get there heads into this millennium...

I really hoped Rose would get in but he unfortunately never will. I really don't think he should be ineligible. He only bet on his own team to win, if he had bet on his team to lose and played badly to make sure they lost than it would be fair to put him on the ineligible list but he didn't.

You got that right. If it wasn't for McGwire, Bonds, Sosa who would watch Baseball? It was them using the stuff that was not even declared by baseball as illegal. What a bunch of crap. We have others in the Hall of Fame like Mantle who would go out and play drunk on the field and others that used Amphetamines to have an edge. So just vote them in.
