I'm not too worried about the game "dragging" yet. I got my role sent to me around 2:00 AM EST, and had been in bed for hours at that point. While I definitely don't know where everyone who's playing is located, I do see some names that I recognize from FWA stuff, and I know that they're in Eastern and Central time zones. If things haven't picked up in a few hours, I'd be concerned about things moving too slowly.

Read my post again - ~20 posts in around 7 hours is dragging for me, esp. when my last game that I played had over 11k posts.

I read your post. I'm simply pointing out that the 7 hours since the game started largely took place while people were sleeping. The Christmas game (dare I ever mention it again) started out slow outside of people talking about sides that they liked with their dinner.

As for activity, it’s a 48 hour phase. Not much happening in the first few hours due to people just checking in or in some cases not having seen that the game has started doesn’t seem like a massive deal to me.

Very different story if we’re sitting here at this time tomorrow with the same level of activity.
