Rob seems just as cool as his brother so would love to see him in a head coaching job. Guy has really improved Dallas's D though so if I was Dallas I'd try my best to try and keep him but I don't see him passing up on a chance to be a head coach.

The Minnesota Vikings have agreed to release quarterback Donovan McNabb, team sources said Thursday.

McNabb, who was traded to the Vikings in the offseason to be their starter, recently had been taking reps with the third string and went to the team requesting his release, sources said. After a conversation with coach Leslie Frazier the Vikings have granted his request.

He's now on the waiver wire, who picks him up?
