The Giants SB victory this year defiantly had nothing to do with luck, but NYG shouldn't have won in SF. Two easy picks where the DBs collide and two gifts from the punter.
I agree with this, and the Pats shouldn't have won in Baltimore either. I hate it when games are decided by bad plays rather than good ones. Of course Giants and Pats fans will say, "blah blah blah the Giants and Pats played the whole 60 minutes" but we all know that's nonsense. Great play had nothing to do with Lee Evans dropping that pass, or Cundiff missing the kick, or the coach not taking a timeout before the kick attempt, or the special teams fuck-ups by the 49ers. Sure the Giants and Pats still
deserved to be in the Super Bowl, but that's not really my point. Neither team was the best team in their respective divisions imo
I actually blame the Ravens and the 49ers for it because had they just finished their damn games, we would have got a much more special Super Bowl.
