49er fans must be crossing their fingers still, but it looks like the 49ers coaching staff will remain intact for a second season. If they have another good season, pretty sure at least a couple will get poached next year.

NFL.com news: Goodell: NFL likely would expand to 34 if L.A. lands new team

Apparently the NFL is ready to go to 34 teams if Los Angeles starts fresh with a new team, which is actually the direction they prefer to go.

Goodell said the league "doesn't want to move any of our teams."​

Interesting.

I still say it would be freaky to see the Rams back in Los Angeles. If any of the teams move, I'm leaning towards that one as my favorite. ​
