Durant, yes. Melo, sort of. Curry, not really.

Melo needs to put the team on his back less and they would be better off. Last night is a perfect example because Melo shot less, and when he did shoot it was more in the flow of the offense. He still has a lot of good players around him and they play great team D.

Curry is the best player, but he has help as well. Notice we collapsed when Klay Thompson picked up his 6th foul. Bogut has played like an elite center, Jack is amazing and Harrison Barnes has stepped up in a big way since D Lee went down. They can win without Curry carrying them.
Yup Melo is best when he is taking his shots at a high percentage. He doesn't need to carry the team and shoot 30-35 times a game.

It's like I was saying after game 1... Melo is an AMAZING player, ultra talented. But he tends to make the game harder than it needs to be. Last night he trusted his teammates more, shot coming off of screens and wasn't just dribbling the air out of the ball and taking long contested fade aways.

If the Knicks play like that my series prediction is going to be a miss.

I like how you admit things when you're wrong. Who knows though, you could be right. It was only one game.

GL to the warriors tonight

Another great game by GS minus the collapse... but can't help but feel let down not being up 2-0.

Ginobali missed 2 3s and 2. If he made those Spurs could have won. He did the same thing last game, but he saved them that time with the clutch 3. Didn't happen this game. A couple of their other guys also had open threes late in 4th quarter.

Play-offs just aren't the same when Kobe isn't in the discussions.

By and large GS has closed out very well on 3 point shooters and played tremendous D overall. I've seen a couple of people trying to say SA is missing shots, but give the credit to Mark Jackson's teams defense.

A couple of great first round series, and now R2 every series is tied 1-1. The only series not worth watching is Chicago/Miami IMO, as Miami is clearly the superior team, but even that offers something if you like chippy play and physicality.
