Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

I've never seen a player flop as much to start a series as CP3. This took the cake though

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Game was great in person and that much sweeter to chant MVP to Kobe in that building

Come Easter Sunday, LA goes up 3-1

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Nope. They had like a 100 or so out of 18k lol. Hornets fanswere leaving with 4 minutes left, while Laker fans were cheer "Lets Go Lakers" and "MVP"

Now as for today's games:
- Wade and LeBron are dumb asses for letting Holiday and Williams get to shots they hit regularly. Lebrick also failed in the clutch
- Carmelo alone as has been the story of the series can't beat Boston. Interested in seeing what they do what Chauncey's deal personally. That and the MLE.
- SVG lost the game the second he took out their hot hand in Arenas in that 4th quarter. He fucked his team over.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Carmelo's fucking garbage. LOL. BROOMS

If the Knicks want to add another big player through trade, their only chance to do that is bringing Chauncey back at the $14M.

Come on, SVG took Arenas out before he could get overconfident and miss 10 threes in a row.

Nice "inadvertent" elbow into Chris Paul's eye, Artest. Fucking psychopath should be banned from the league.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Your whole starting lineup would need this kind of treatment if that was the case:

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

I picked ATL to beat Orlando but damn didn't think it would possibly be a 4-1 type series win.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Like I said, SVG fucked up. He should have rolled with Agent 0 because that wasn't Gilbert Arenas who he pulled. He was rolling and keeping that team in it, without J-Rich and as Nelson/Turk stunk. He didn't ride him and they lost because of it. Roy yesterday is a prime example of what confidence and momentum can do for a player who is or was a prolific scorer. SVG pulled the rug from under Gilbert and his team, and that is why Dwight will be dealt and Otis/SVG will be fired.

And @ sal, Pau and fisher at least have the decency to flop when there is actually a guy within two to three feet of them and not for the hell of it.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

You seem to have confused the rotting corpse of Gilbert Arenas with someone who deserves to get to keep shooting because he hit a few in a row.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

When Jameer and Turk were not getting it done and he was, you at least ride him out. Even if you don't want him to shoot as much, as the coach you should at least tell him to tale back his shooting but keep attacking. He was the one guy who actually got into the lane off the dribble consistently and broke Atlanta down. They should have used that to their advantage.
