Exactly! I’m happy with a 3rd. A win be nice but he’ll get him one soon. Maybe Wednesday.

As much as I like Brad K. it would have been sweet to see Jimmie Johnson somehow grab the win there after the last restart.

Unfortunate situation for Chase Elliott. You're right though. If he had stayed out the others would have pitted. It's not that easy to make a decision when sitting inside the car or on top of the pit box while in the lead.

The Chevys showed a lot of speed. Looking forward to Wednesdays race. Meanwhile, it sounds like Kyle Busch will be in the Xfinity series race tomorrow. Great.....

The ROVAL race isn't until October as part of the playoffs. Charlotte did lose the All Star race though that was supposed to happen a week before the Coke 600.

The Wednesday Charlotte race was originally supposed to be at some other track. Not sure where.

Makes sense. I'm not a huge fan of running the same track back to back but I guess it's only fair with no practice or qualifying.

Sadly all they can do right now since not every track is allowed to be raced on right now.

Think this is the last weekend for that in Cup anyway. After this no double up until Pocono, which was already planned.

Truck race is tonight. The bounty is on Kyle Busch. Chase Elliott is going for it. So I guess that i'll have to watch.

Big news from NASCAR and they are both bad.

Three of Denny Hamlin's pit crew members are suspended for 4 races after a piece of tungsten fell from his car.

Jimmie Johnson has been disqualified from the Coca-Cola 600 race after failing post-inspection. It says that his rear alignment was found to be past the allowed tolerance.

Tough break for both drivers for their unfortunate mishaps.

As much as I like Chase, I’m not one of those fans who likes watching his driver win in lower series. I’ll take him getting 2nd to a truck guy, so he still gets that bounty for charity.
