I think ignorant people should be allowed to fly the confederate flag on private property as much as they like tbh but same logic says private businesses can choose whether they would allow it to be flown as well, so NASCAR has the right to do this obviously. I don't find the loser flag particularly racist as much as I think it's the world's oldest participation trophy though
