Every browser yes. I just did a disk cleanup, hoping that possibly solves the problems. I prefer to use Google Chrome because it is so much faster than FireFox or Internet Explorer.

Nothing, it should just flush then close if I remember rightly, that's providing you've done it right.
A window flashed for at least a milisecond. Wasn't sure if that was it or not, and I'm not sure if there is a specific way to do it.
Regardless, it didn't really do anything. The forum is working slightly better. It looks normal in threads, but I am still not able to post all that much. I constantly have to leave the forum to post. All I see is that box you may have seen in the video where the quick reply box is. Right now it's working for me, because I was away from the forum so a while.
