You can not blame Rooney remotely. Moyes was exposed yet again for the absolute face of down syndrome tonight. Honestly, he is the Cena of Blue managers. It actually harms Fergie's legacy that he thought this absolute moron can manage Manchester United. Like... I could write a book on the things he did wrong tonight, and I'm not a professional. I knew what was going to happen (my Skype buddies can confirm) before it happened... What must actual professional analysts and managers be thinking? Why fear this man when he doesn't know anything? Why would our players fight for this manager when they're probably better managers themselves?
You don't even need to watch the games to see how idiotic this guy is. You just need to watch one of his interviews to see the guy is legitimately out of his depth and is terrified of actually being exposed for the mediocre manager he is. I admire the United board for giving him a 6 year contract and showing the world we don't sack after a month or so, but unfortunately that's our downfall. I can name so many managers who SHOULD have been backed, but unfortunately it's OUR manager who SHOULDN'T. I know he's going to be given 200m, but I'd much rather an actual manager who isn't completely Blue to spend it.
It's quite funny to be honest. You have Klopp who is managing a club who doesn't financially back them, despite them having the highest average attendance in the world, slipping down in the league because their club allows their only rivals to purchase their best players, but you see their current players fighting their assess off whilst playing wonderful football. You see their champions league performance? It shows how good Klopp is. Imagine what the guy can do with a board who is willing to invest £200m and pay players whatever they want to get them playing here. Imagine what the guy can do to players who REALLY need some confidence and someone logical to manage them. You have Shinji Kagawa who was honestly the best CAM in the world with Iniesta in the 11-12 season turn to absolute garbage under Moyes. You already have Juan Mata shoved out wide. You have Januzaj, arguably the brightest young star in the world at the moment, being rested in our biggest games of the season "because he is young", when he's genuinely been better than any other United player you can name... People constantly bring up our poor squad, and while we do have some horrific players amongst some ageing players; we do have some fucking amazing talent in there. WE WON THE LEAGUE LAST SEASON AND CHOKED THE RECORD POINTS TOTAL!
Our best performance in a long ass time came when he played Januzaj, Rooney, RVP, and Mata together in a inter-changing fluid system with flying full-backs, and that was without Rafael. So he takes what he learnt from that game, removes Januzaj from the squad so he can rest, can't use Mata because he's cup-tied, and plays a 4-4-2 system with Young, Valencia, and Cleverley in the team against a team who hasn't lost at home in forever. He turns United into Everton with our crosses, but lets our best crosser (Zaha) go out on loan. He hasn't yet realised that RVP has never been a striker who you cross to as he just isn't strong in the air. He doesn't realise because of our incredibly poor 4-4-2 system with our incredibly poor midfield, that RVP is completely isolated in the box when the crosses come in. He doesn't realise that 4-4-2 means teams can literally take a dump, drink their coffee, make some toast, fuck your mother, and then literally walk through your midfield due to the ridiculous amount of space and score goals. Yup. David Moyes ladies and gentlemen.
Do you want to know the funniest thing? I asked Jonathan today -- a Sunderland fan -- what his reaction would be if Gus resigned and David Moyes was his replacement. Bear in mind that if I'd have asked this to him last year he would have snapped my hand off for Sir Alex... His answer was "I'd probably slit my wrists". SUNDERLAND FANS WOULD BE UPSET IF THEY HAD THE UNITED MANAGER. SUNDERLAND FANS MOCK OUR STYLE OF PLAY. SUNDERLAND FANS!!!!
I'm done. Moyes out. He's an embarrassment to gingers across the world. GTFO. WE. DON'T. WANT. YOU. HERE. YOU. SAD. CLUELESS. FUCK.
