Theres no incentive for Mitch to actually hit scum cause if he does, hes dead

And I agree with blocking Mitch, he's the outed indy and can't be trusted to make a shot that benefits town even if he knew that the shot would accomplish just that. Not to mention that in general he's got a certain wildcard factor to him that needs to be accounted for.
