I don't need to think I KNOW. Booking decides babyface or heel NOT the fans. If a heel is cheered he's still heel. If a babyface is booed he's still a babyface. The WWE has to decide to make the change through BOOKING if they don't think they are getting the appropriate reaction.

Also Fandango told the audience to Fandango themselves.
