Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Looked it up a bit, someone said that Kojima claimed nothing can be completely skipped. They say to replay Mission 11 so gonna try that quickly.

Every mission is replayable, doesn't mean she'll become a part of the story if you do it again. I don't know if you can't not have her though, so who knows.

I haven't played any new MGS. Is this worth trying?


Looking to buy Ground Zeros btw.

It's not hard to understand if you haven't played any of Big Boss' story, as long as you listen to the cassette tapes. You don't need to play GZ either since they do a good job recapping it in the game.

It doesn't hurt to watch a Metal Gear explained video before you go into it though, either GameSpot or IGN has a really good one in under 15 minutes.

It's definitely worth the experience though, one of the best games I've played. Hell, you may like the story too. The story isn't bad by any means, just kinda disappointing.

Ah yeah, the cell. I spent a lot of time on that Medical Platform, lol. She got the entire game soundtrack while you have to work your ass off for it. Talk about being lucky. I mean we don't even get the Snake Eater theme like she does.

Increase her bond, it only takes about 30 hours of side ops to max her out. I maxed her out wayyyyy before D-Dog.

Get the 3, GZ was only a prequel meant to get you used to the new controls. And like I said, GZ gets recapped a fair amount in TPP.

Yeah, you can't access online multiplayer for any game without Plus. It's just about mandatory. Just do 10$ a month instead of giving 50$ upfront.
