why wouldnt SK be the one to kill blaine?

blaine was decently town read by everyone and likely not protected so he makea a good kill target for SK or mafia alike. Its odd you disregard the SK possibility.

in general the SK is more likely to shoot someone who isn't being town read even when it strategically makes sense for them to do so, since not everyone is good at the game. Mafia ALWAYS want to shoot people they can't mislynch

I'm still going to assume scum is a 4 player team, but I actually am starting to think Tweet could be right more on it being 3. Phenom's DV could make up for the lack of a fourth member. That would make plenty of sense to me.

Burger would make sense as a Vig kill. He had a good chance to be scum and I was suspecting him before the flip.
