This court case is surprisingly a good move by TNA only if it allows them to cock block WWE from getting guys they release for awhile.

WWE could probably could sign these guys if their contracts and it would be perfectly fine, but I guess they're just wanting to air on the side of caution.

Wait so Matt a guy who can't cut a promo and matches are lackluster is talented but garbage is a guy with impressive promo skills and decent ring work like Barrett. Some logic huh?

^This. Both guys are talented and it would be great if WWE had both of them on the roster. Good replacements for WWE's big men who can't have many years left.

Neither Barrett nor Morgan are garbage in my eyes and I see both of them as good talents.

Wade Barrett and Matt Morgan have no personality, no ability and no charisma. It's awkward to watch them. The only time I have really enjoyed a match Morgan was apart of was against Abyss when they had that long feud. I have never paid much attention to Barrett to be honest because he bores me to death. If either of them get to main event their respective companies I would be very, very shocked. I'm not sure why nowadays you'll get pushed if your over 6ft+ tall, have no ability whatsoever and can't even hold a mic.

Out of the two I am more of a Barrett fan as he does seem to have confident heel swagger about his promos, still needs a lot of work but I can see him having a bright future with more work.

Barrett and Morgan do have no charisma, but the difference between them is that Morgan has size and if you have size you will always have a foot in the door for fans to think that you are a formidable foe to a maineventer.

Anyways, I guess that TNA lawsuit prevented Morgan with actually signing with WWE, a shame for him. But TNA needs to rethink this whole jumping over the security rails when a whole group of guys are already doing that.

Well yeah, he looks infinitely times better, is far more athletic and is leaps and bounds a better worker than Wade. The only thing Wade has going for him are his mic skills are those overrated the shit out of because of an english accent and a promo he cut on NXT.

Obviously, Matt Morgan is back with the company as his new storyline kicked off over the weekend when he showed up in street clothes in Bethlehem, PA, hopping the rail and laying out Robbie E. Morgan had been teasing he was going to WWE and the two sides did have conversations but obviously opted to stay with TNA. Sources indicate that a big part of Morgan's decision process was how he was going to be used in terms of importance for the company he signed with, so expect him to get a sizeable push.

I'll enjoy it, wonder if he'll be a face or a heel though. I may be in the minority here, but I actually did like his face run in late 2010 where he got those couple title shots against Hardy.
