- Matt Morgan “crashedâ€￾ TNA’s house show in Bethlehem, Pa. Saturday night. Morgan came through the crowd and hopped the barricade, surprising the crowd, which popped for Morgan’s unadvertised appearance. You can check out a photo of his appearance below.

Some tweets from Morgan afterwards:

All 2nite really meant was I'm tired of "just be patient Matt", being patronized & most of all being SOLD DREAMS! The real question is......Who am I with? Time will tell. 'Til then,Tick-Tock....

Doing a good job getting some buzz whether you like the guy or not.

Interesting. Just about the only decent thing I've seen from Matt Morgan since his feud with Abyss. However, this has left me slightly confused because I thought he had left the company and even on Twitter he was teasing a move to WWE. Of course, Twitter talk means nothing because it's used by wrestlers to remain in character at certain points of their careers. This is quite surprising, my immediate feeling is that he has something to do with the Aces & Eights storyline although I'm probably wrong. This is clearly a work though so I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes.

I wouldn't mind Morgan being part of Aces & Eights at all, would be another established star (in TNA at least) that they have.

This could mean as much as when TNA needed Booker T to fill in on a show, and then we didnt see him again until he returned at the Royal Rumble.

Regardless, I have always seen alot of potential in Morgan, and whoever he is with, I just hope it means a better character.

I was hoping that Morgan would return to WWE because I think that they would actually use him as a maineventer there. If he does return to TNA then I really hope that TNA actually push him because he is one of the best they have.

Can't see him getting a main event spot in WWE but certainly his prospects maybe better there than TNA right now, or maybe he should have a run on the indie scene for awhile. Quite like the Aces & Eights idea as he would be the biggest name in the group and would have a logical story saying he has been mistreated by TNA and this is his revenge, his chance to take the spotlight etc.

I think that he would get a spot quite high up in WWE because they are so short on options.

I agree that the Aces & 8s angle could be a good way to bring him back in and I wouldn't mind him as leader.

Yes but he barely got above midcard level before and I don't see him being pushed above guys like Barrett, Ziggler or Cara.

Before he was stuck with a stuttering gimmick, no-one could make that work. Plus he has improved ten fold since being in TNA so he would be returning as a completely different entity.

If he is indeed returning with TNA it is a bit weird that they would give it away on a house show, surely a return as big as his would be someone you save for a PPV or a big episode of Impact.

^ He probably showed up to get rid of ring rust before television and to see if anyone popped for him, Unlikely they did. The guy as the charisma of a slug and i thought it was obvious he was still under contract with TNA. He will likely be the big guy in Aces and Eights.

^But he didn't wrestle he just did a run in. If he does return to TNA soon I think that it is a wasted opportunity. They should have kept people thinking that he was heading to WWE then suddenly the Aces & 8s leader rips off his mask to reveal Morgan.

Even if WWE wanted to sign him, they can't, because of the legal case going on with TNA at the moment.

Judging by him turning up at a TNA House Show, I would say he's re-signed with TNA.

I thought that WWE would be allowed to but WWE has said that they won't. There shouldn't be any legal barriers preventing WWE signing wrestlers who are not under contract. But to ensure that the judge doesn't look unfavourably on them they aren't planning on signing any former TNA wrestlers until this court case is settled.

Thank god Morgan won't be going back. Regardless this guy is consistently making me hit the fast forward button or changing the channel. Never cared for him and never seen the hype about him.
