Never cared about macho and Liz's personal life. Goldberg beating Hogan was something I went out of my way to watch, because I didn't get Nitro in Canada, unless I spun my big old dish to the right spot and got se TNT.

Goldberg winning the title affected me a lot more than Macho and Liz getting back together since I actually didn't get to see it when it happened the way I did with Goldberg beating Hogan.

Even though there were issues with the way they went about it, namely having it on tv and having the distraction help Goldberg win, it was still a great markout moment. Goldberg gets my vote.

I never was a Goldberg fan, but I admit, that was a match EVERYONE wanted to know the result of whether you were a WCW fan or a WWE fan. And it was sooooooo ridiculous that they just gave it away on free television. That match alone could have made for the highest-selling WCW ppv of all time.

Yeah just showed how ass backwards they were only doing things for ratings but not doing things to actually make a profit on all the money they were spending. They missed a big PPV payday with that one.

GTFO people, as cheesy as it was the Macho-Liz reunion was what WWF did best, it was a perfect piece of storytelling and oddly moving, not to mention a great pay off to such a big match. This is not even close for me.

It was Midnight on Monday nights the odd time, Tuesdays at like 6pm or something like that. I remember watching Raw, Nitro, Thunder, Smackdown, ECW on TNN, WCW Saturday Night, & Heat giving me atleast 1 episode of wrestling every night of the week. It was a great time to be a wrestling fan.

VCR's at the time worked wonders too.
