Any surprises and who will emerge the top of the region?

Florida Gulf Coast is probably the best chance we have this year to see a 15 knock off a 2. Georgetown plays uninspired in this tournament all the time and FGC has a lot to prove. I doubt it'll happen, but I won't be shocked if it does. Regardless, this bracket should come down to Kansas and Florida.

I am happy they are doing this well without Malkin and Letang.

Just looking at this bracket and its pretty intense. The three top four teams left are all capable of winning, VCU are no slouches and FGCU is a major wildcard now that they've got the confidence from beating Georgetown (lol). I'd say this is going to be the region to watch this weekend.

I completely agree with you. Kansas will probably walk out of this region to the final 4 but I think Florida is very dangerous and could upset them.
