Crayo, how about we run it with two for a few weeks and see how it goes?
I'm sure I could get along with @[Zamorakian] as long as there's no hissy fits.
I say try it with 2, if that doesn't go well, we'll revert to 1 with a vote. Opinions everyone?

I thought you wanted nothing to do with it Crayo? ^.O

I completely agree with this post.

True Crayo..you didn't want nothing to do with it and that's what you told me on Skype before..you told me to take care of everything and make the threads because you didn't want to be part of it since you had no experience with E-Feds. I think it will work out with two Head Bookers and i'm pretty sure most people in this community feels the same thing.

Lol I think most of the community would think you've plonked yourselves in as head booker.

When I say I want nothing to do with it, I mean the booking/running of the e-fed. It's unfair on the rest, that doesn't mean I can't voice my opinion on 2 guys putting themselves in as top dogs without nomination, but if no one else cares then sure go for it.

Are any of you going to post examples of what you'll be doing when you run it? I know Zamo has a bit of experience (still yet to see any examples though). Post them.

You'd probably need two leaders due to timezones etc..

Yeah one that lives in U.S. and is familiar with UK Timezones since most of our members do live in U.K and another who lives in the UK and is familiar with other timezones in Europe and Asia.

Why is the time zone thing such an issue? The head booker reviews ideas from the booking team and then passes it on to the writers, right? So what does it matter if you have to wait a few hours while one is asleep?

I guess @[seabs] is right it wouldn't really matter just have a good schedule that allows most of the members to work together.

Seabs is right.

As long as everybody's punctual it's all good.

A second head booker would be required eventually if this did manage to grow. However just a booking and writing team would do with someone pulling double duty in one of those roles currently imo. I'm not sure there will be enough content to justify someone working solely in the head booker role. @[Jonathan] or @[Zamorakian] will you offer any creative help to the booking team or will you just judge the other work?

Ofcourse the Head Bookers job is definitely to assist the creative team and not only judge their work.

I will offer any creative help whenever it's requested and the words 'I've gave you loads of help' don't exist in my dictionary ;)

We need some more characters more then anything else, at the moment I could probably book this show alone with the low amount of sign ups. I'm starting to agree with Crayo this is too early for it.
