Man charged $500 for eating while driving

So this happened in my home city. Some dude thought he was smart, or was just SUPER hunger and ate a whole rotisserie chicken, while driving. He was steering with his knees. He was smacked with a $500 ticket. I honestly don't know how stupid people can be. This is so Blue!

That is stupid. I steer with my knees all the time as I drive texting on my cell phone while getting road head and I've not gotten a ticket yet.

The issue would have been steering with his knees and driving erractically, it wouldn't have simply been from eating and driving.

Plus, smoking and driving is illegal here now. Eating and driving is illegal here too basically. It's a distraction. And the dude was driving on the most major highway in Ottawa.
