Not quite, but given the wording and his actions at all All Out it can be assumed as such that he is leaving on personal issues

I think it was SRS that said after a lot of rumors were already swirling that he did ask for his release, but it was for mental health reasons not anything to do with creative in the company. I wouldn't say that can ever be 100% confirmed tho, only Black would know his true feelings
