Just checking Fite and only just remembered the Lucha Libre World Cup is on today. Some of those teams look like they'll be really fun to watch in action.

Especially Alexander, PCO & Vampiro.

I'm excited to see how Bhupinder handles Mexico tbh

The following results are from a recent Lucha Libre AAA event. The event took place on April 16th, 2023 at the Estadio de Beisbol Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico and aired live on FITE TV.

Domo de la Muerte
Laredo Kid, Aero Star, Antifaz del Norte, La Parka Negra, Abismo Negro Jr., Octagon Jr., Villano III Jr. and Taurus defeated Myzteziz Jr. and Argenis. As a result of the match outcome, Myzteziz Jr. and Argenis will face off in a Mask vs. Mask Match later in the show.

Singles Match
Vampiro (w/Mr. Iguana) defeated Chessman (w/La Hiedra).

Copa TripleMania 10 Person Elimination Tag Team Match
Team Regios (El Hijo de LA Park, Lady Flammer, Baby Extreme, El Zorro & Toscano) defeated Team Chilangos (Dave The Clown, Negro Casas, Nino Hamburguesa, Arez & Latigo).

Ruleta de la Muerte Semi Final Match
Pentagon Jr. & Alberto El Patron defeated Sam Adonis & Psycho Clown (w/Jack Fancy). As a result of the tournament ruling where the losers advance, Sam Adonis and Psycho Clown advance to the finals.

Mask vs. Mask Match
Myzteziz Jr. defeated Argenis.

Blue Demon Jr. & DMT Azul defeated LA Park & RUSH. As a result of the tournament ruling where the losers advance, LA Park and RUSH advance to the finals.

Fatal Four Way Match For The AAA Mega Championship
El Hijo del Vikingo (c) defeated Rich Swann, Swerve Strickland and Komander.

Konnan is claiming AAA have secured new investors and they'll be upgrading presentation with their help, especially the English language broadcasting. Basically buried Larry and Joe having to do it remote instead of bringing them in live so hopefully that's better for the next TripleMania

Name is Demonic Flamita now, and he hasn't been working with AAA for a while. Instead, he has been working with Big Lucha, I think is the name, which is Bandito's Gym and promotion. He has too been working with GLEAT as part of Black Generation International.
