I'm willing to rule it out given he literally claims to hate Windu which would be pretty ballsy thing to do as a non-town considering Windu is a jedi and admitting this part of a non-town pm would immediately draw suspicion.

My bigger concern is that he claimed Boba Fett - I dunno how familiar you are with theme but hes a notorious bounty hunter for hire. Normally I dont give a shit about this stuff, but its a fundamental part of smark games, consistently, WITHOUT FAIL.

The only thing that bothers me somewhat is that Id have to assume EV just got excited and botched, as he needs a fake to escape suspicion really. The only way I can see this not being the case is if he has a specific target (say, Han Solo) and has to just merk him and get out undetected to pick up the win. As Han Solo would 100% be town, this makes him an anti town Indy

How's it a fundamental part of Smark's games exactly? The character and flavor matching up really well with the role/alignment or something else?

And as I said to Jeff, if he was non-town he would surely have shored up the parts of his claim that don't look good (ie hating Windu).

I'd wager the opposite actually...EV would know if he doesn't add any sort of realism to his claim regarding him being bad, we'd instantly call him out. by saying it himself, he could simply be trying to get ahead of the curve
