John Cena / Rock going 3 rounds ?

-- We noted yesterday here on the website that WWE officials had been discussing a John Cena vs. The Rock rematch over the past week or two. WWE officials also talked about the possibility of doing a third match between the two. If they go with the trilogy, the first rematch would take place later this year, likely at SummerSlam. The third match would then take place at WrestleMania 29 in New Jersey. The Rock has agreed to return more often and also participate in more matches. As for the possible Rock/Cena rematches, it all depends on this year's WrestleMania 28 buyrate, crowd reactions, etc.

-- The Once in a Lifetime: The Rock vs. John Cena special will air in Canada on The Score on the following dates and times:

March 29th - 4 PM (ET)
March 30th - 10:30 PM (ET)
March 31st - 2 AM (ET)
April 1st - 4 PM (ET)

I still say let Cena go over at Mania then Rock at Summerslam

I'm pretty happy that Rock has agreed to come back more often and participate in more matches. I'm sure with one of the 3 rematches, they would add some sort of a stipulation.

I wouldn't mind seeing an Iron Man Match between the two. The last Iron Man Match Rock was in was pretty phenomenal but he was in his prime at the time.

I say go two at the most, make sure The Rock will come back to do the match at Wrestlemania 29 or maybe even Summerslam this year, then Rock goes ove at Mania, Cena goes crazy turns heel and beats the crap out of people until he has a match with Rock again, have it made for Summerslam and up until then have Cena tear thought the mid-card and upper-mid card taking out guys no matter if face or heels as he tears the roster down one by one to get ready for The Rock. Summerslam rolls around Cena being this new Cena he is beats The Rock and then from here decided from sells if to keep Cena heel or go back face.
