Why would you want to do that? Jericho is one man, yes I am a huge fan but the WWE doesn't have to evolve around him. He will come back eventually and possibly have some more title reigns so if you want to see where they are going with this, I suggest you tune in.

Really
...
Really???

Come on, I don't get why people would stop watching if Jericho isn't in it... there is still great entertainers like CM Punk still in it.

The same reason why people will have stopped watching when Austin left or Rock or Foley or Flair or HBK etc etc etc

Doesn't matter whether he's the greatest or not, he will have had a large fanbase and some of those interests will have dwindled when he left.

OK first off if he's your guy he's your guy a lot of people on the interwebs are all about Daniel Bryan and if he were fired tomorrow I know a few would stop watching( it happened the last time) But my reallys were in response to your gullibility. The guy wrote what reads like pure sarcasim and you jump on it, just like you jump on every other post in every single thread. You haven't even been here a month and have 700 posts. Now that would be great if every one of those post had some substance (not all of mine do either) but most of them are you responding to some little thing nit picking it to death especially if it's something you don't agree with.

You need to cool down your posting make sure something is thought out has substance before you post it think about what your responding to did it really come off as serious. I mean who takes someone calling Jericho, Mr. Jericho seriously. now we have 9 posts including this one which are very distracting from the actual topic which is

Will Jericho be returning and are all of these things he's saying and doing a smokescreen for that return.

Another thing is WWE have to move on. No matter how big the likes of Austin and The Rock were or are they have had their time and before Jericho will retire soon. A it is now excepted that he is a part-time wrestler.

You know I've been reading this WWE needs to move on in quite a few threads and I have to chuckle.

Since when has wrestling ever "moved on" I mean fuck you have Hogan and Flair in the ring still having matches. Youve got guys like Rhodes and Piper who show up pretty regular. You've got Taker, Sting, Hogan, Flair, Nash, Hall. A few months ago we had HHH, we've got the rock we've had Big Show Current WHC Mark Henry Kane all guys from the attitude era. Half that still deserve to be in a ring so I don't know where this whole they need to move on bullshit comes from. Do they need to push younger talent yes. Do they need to stop using the older talent fuck no. How are these young guys supposed to learn their craft properly without the older guys helping them along.

I think in terms of moving on is more in the sense of stop relying on the older generation to not only carry but to be the face and foundation of the company. Like what they are doing with Rock is just right. He isn't there to take over, he isn't there to become champion and carry the company but he s there to make that impact and get the younger talent over. Miz was made to look bigger because he was involved in The Rock's first match in 7 years.

Some guys def need to let it go like Flair. Hogan isn't wrestling anymore as far as I know cause his back wouldn't be able to handle anything. Oh yeah he did have that one match... but you can't really say Hogan is in the ring really since its like maybe once a year. Flair is in there more but he isn't really trying to take over the company or hold on to "his spot" or anything like that. Hall hasn't been in a ring in forever because of obvious reasons. Nash shows up but he isn't doing much wrestling either. Piper is brought in simply as a mouth piece and what better way could he be used or should he be used than that? Piper's Pit is one of a kind. And Piper isn't really a regular either and Rhodes? I haven't seen Dusty in a long time. Cody is around yeah. Goldie isn't cause of his injury.

Some of the attitude guys still have quite a bit they can contribute but the main thing is as far as "moving on" is having the younger talent carry things. Like right now we have Cena, Orton, Miz is on the rise still, Sheamus, and those 4 are going to be the spearheaders and faces of WWE until the next crop of stars come in. Cause if WWE doesn't "move on" then it will be like WCW before its dying days. They focused so much on the old guard that they only built one guy and that was Goldberg. And Goldberg was only good during the streak and pursuit of the title. Beyond that he was a fish out of water.

So in a sense wrestling does need to move on... but its in the way that it is steadily going. Having these guys lead the new generation into the next era.

I'd like to see him back, but after WrestleMania. There needs to be a safeguard to make sure that he doesn't face Punk at Mania, since he needs a real star like Triple H to put him over. If he faces Jericho, he'll just fall back to the bottom again.

Wow that was among the worst post I've seen since joining this forum. What on earth are you talking about? Fall back to the bottom again, the guy is staying in the main event forever. A real star so Jericho isn't a real star. Your delusional, this is something I'm not going to even debate on.
