Obviously, but I feel the need to point this out.
It is a basic Fireman's carry. An easy manner of lifting dead weight people over your shoulders to carry them.
So despite it's staged-ness in wrestling it wouldn't be very hard to pick a person up like that irl.
Of course there's the whole manner of getting close enough to do it, but once you're there it's cake.
...Plus, like any FINNISHING move they are more often than not attempted on a worn down opponent. (In Cena's case, most likely dazed after a 5KnuckleShuffle).... That said, even then plenty of guys have broken free from an attempted FU at varying times within a match.
