Hardy did a lot for the business, including partly making CM Punk who he is today.. What kind of big stuff did he do before he went over Jeff Hardy?

Also, Punk vs Hardy got a little personal, aye..

That was more sad to watch more than anything. Jeff has all the talent in the world but does things like this which makes people back off him. Thanks for posting this man

But still, even though Jeff was under influence of something here, I think he still spoke the truth. Those things he does can make people speak out about things, like this.

Him making Punk, I can believe that.

Well he didn't make punk the straight edge guy. Punk was doing the same gimmick in ROH and his first promo with the wwe was the straight edge stuff. Maybe it brought it more to light because hardy was a known druggie and punk a straight edge guy. I think the rivalry was good for both of them but obviously benefiting Punk more to wwe fans. I do believe punk would have become big with or without hardy though.

But it did not made him ''yet''..

That was a great series of matches but if we are talking general wwe fans and hardcore wrestling fans there is a difference. Hardcore fans loved punk even before the wwe or right when he made it to ecw. General wwe fans really didn't notice punk until that fued with cena/Mcmahon/The whole company

Hardy didn't make Punk, the Streight Edge Society made Punk. They go over it on the DVD.

Depends on the definition of "made". SES didn't make Punk a main eventer, the shoot promo did. SES was the opportunity Punk wanted at showing how good he is at being a heel though.

Yes. the SES made Punk a heel for the company. The shoot/work whatever you want to call it made him a main eventer. Feuding with Hardy didn't make him a main eventer otherwise the shoot wouldn't have been needed considering how over Hardy is.
