I mean like 3 pages past Dale made the excellent point that if he's just fired someone (not Impact don't say that) will clearly hire him so nothing will change. I think this is the best thing to do....personally I'd fire and cut all ties myself tho but that's just bc its easier not necessarily the "right" thing

Yeah you can't generally send people to rehab and fire them. Some legalities there, same reason WWE did it. He might still be employed there had he gone, I imagine.

That being said, it doesn't really mean he will booked once he comes back. For now, this is the right decision I'd say. Hopefully Jeff chooses to go. to rehab and get the help he very much needs.

I know it does to you and nothing I say will convince you otherwise so I've said my peace and you've said yours and we disagree entirely and it will be many months or even over a year before either is proved right and we won't even remember the others opinions by then lol

I’m glad Tony is getting him help, but I don’t see how you can ever use him again. It’s really hard to trust he’ll actually make use of the rehab and stay clean.

Option A - send Jeff to rehab and take off TV for months

Option B - fire him and not have to worry about it, MLW signs him for Battle Riot next month and if he isn't in jail by then he shows up and is hopefully sober

Most likely scenarios IMO. Def easier to just fire, solves nothing tho

I mean they didn't fire Jimmy Havoc till he broke rehab so it's consistent but yeah from a legal standpoint I don't think you can fire someone in rehab.
