I love how people are coming with gimmicks such as mentally Blue, jewish and nerds; it all actually adds up to the cartoon!

LOL, you can't animate in paint!

I use:

Adobe Premiere for movie processing and rendering
Autodesk Maya for base vector animation
Mudbox and Node for props, designs and secondary animation
Adobe Audition, for soundtracks, sound effects and background music
CorelDraw to animate real-time characters
3ds Max for lightning and mental ray rendering
After Effects for added effects.
