Why ruling them out? I think it's quite likely he's paranoid cop. I have him as town for it too because I don't see him faking being a paranoid cop.

Didn't really consider it tbh. I don't think it's as cut and dry as all that though

for me thetimeline is very likely to be:

-CP tells teammates he’s going to bus drive himself with Poyser
- Tells lethal to cop Poyser and therefore get the guilty
- lethal sets up some groundwork to justify copping Poyser

a little bit yeah. Those cop variants are crippling in small games where 1 mislynch makes all the difference (and it’d actually be two mislynches cause magic was a gunsmith and it’s too easy to sell lethal as having faked - that’s not game design that flies in 2020)

Why would he care enough for Lethal to use his role on Poyser for a guilty when the tracker flipped? Surely he doesn’t have to worry about someone catching his target?
