ok, there are several ways to get higher speeds
1- either use an anti-hack software that alters your IP and gives you another bandwidth and speed than yours.
2- get my rapidshare premium account (1 month remaining).

I used anti hack like software sometimes but I can't tell in public what,how or where lol.
