As a casual fan Orton made for a great heel for me back in the day. He did a nice job with that "cold, calculating" offense that Michael Cole used to talk about, and his "slowness" in the ring somehow played into his character... but that was in 2009. I can see him being a draw as a babyface after he turned in 2010, but that's just because he was fresh and different and nothing Orton actually did. 2011-onwards - according to some people who would know - Randy Orton may be the most boring main eventer in history. Dude looks like he's even putting himself into a coma in the ring.
