I have not seen any of the prequels, but the original three I'd rank Empire Strikes Back, New Hope, Return of the Jedi, which seems to be most peoples preferences as well.

1. The Empire Strikes Back - a near flawless film.
2. A New Hope - its hard to beat the original and only ESB does.
3. Return of the Jedi - gotta' love Admiral "it's a trap" Akbar.
4. Revenge of the Sith - easily the best of the prequels, which isn't saying much.
5. The Phantom Menace - just because of the Pod Race.
6. Attack of the Clones - it sucks.
