I voted for pay for them and stream. With streams, I pay $5 anyway as the ones I use during the year are in 720p HD live with no lag or shutdowns.

But I will pay for them on PPV for $30 and $35 for the big PPVs like Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, WrestleMania and if there is ever 1 big or 2 PPVs during the year.
