I've tried pot (on more than one occasion) it had no effect (which is why I've tried it more than once every time someone hears it they insist I try with them). I have an extremely high tolerance for alcohol.

Never touched any drugs, never smoked a cigarette and I don't drink alcohol. Don't see the point in any of those things.
I drink alcohol every weekend and have smoked Marijuana about 6-7 times (not really an effect aside from once). Will probably never try anything harder than Marijuana, though I may wait until I'm older to try something new.
