Heel turn Face.....what gives...

in the last year and a half we have seen some of the biggest Heels in the company turn face...Sheamus, Miz, & now Del Rio....but what we haven't really seen is a lot of faces turning heel....I mean Big Show did and CM Punk did but neither was much of a surprise as they have both been heel many times before. So how come we haven't had any major faces turn as of late...Kofi & Cena are certainly due...Orton is just better as a hell....so is it because all of the new talent they bring in (Cesaro, Shield, Big E, Tensai, Sandow) are heels...or is it something else?

Miz had been heel for six years so it was time, word is WWE needed a top Latino babyface because mysterio is past his prime and Sin Cara sucks. I can't figure out Sheamus.

Cena will never turn so get that through your head, Kofi will have to go to upper card first, as for Randy he should have turned a long time ago.

Cena will turn when everyone stops cheering for him ala Hogan until then we won't see it.

The others will keep turning back and forth

I really want Orton to turn back heel, he's just a natural heel imo.

I concur that Orton should be heel. It's just not right seeing him as a face. I think Sheamus is just one of those test run face deals that everyone goes through at some point. He will be heel again hopefully.

The plus side to trying to establish more top faces is that they might be able to lighten the burden on Cena and potentially replace him as the top guy in the future. Can't turn Cena heel without having someone to pick up the slack.

A lot of the recent turns have been for guys who needed freshening up. But there is a distinct lack of main event heels in the company right now (Punk & Show are the only two they bother to protect).

I would enjoy a Cena heel run to be honest. Hope we see it sooner rather than later.

Another reason for the amount of turns recently could be how quickly they're burning through fresh match ups. Rather than just one of matches, most matches tend to be repeated once or twice through a two week period.

I like cool-face Orton honestly, but I'm pretty sure he wants to turn and it'll probably come soon enough. He's been face long enough anyway, I guess. Kofi has to be at the top of the list really, he needs some sort of change. He's been in WWE for 5 years now and the same deal the whole time. Something's gotta give.
