This is the main problem with fantasy booking, we all want the big story with unicorns and flaming ninjas but all those eggs in a basket lead to a fucked up omelette.

Exactly. Like in so many things, sports, music etc simplicity is key when it comes to successful wrestling booking in my opinion.

So true, take the NWO for instance imagine if at BATB Sting turned with Hogan on Hall so he turned face, it's impossible to track unless it's organic such as Austin / Hart. Too many turns leads to over shadowing.

And we end up with Samoa Joe being kidnapped by ninjas and returning years later without mentioning it at all.

Could be worse Hogan could steal the company then lose it only to be handed it back a few weeks later by the same woman he stole it from because he found his yellow top.

Or Kurt Angle aligning with a company he has said he didn't want part of (ECW)

I don't think Triple H has anything to do in the discussed scenario of a heel Cena vs a face Ryback to pass the torch. Cena is a big enough name in his own right, Triple H just doesn't need to be there. Thus he should GTFO. There is no logical reasoning for him being involved which I can see. Rather I'd have Cena turn on Vince who with time has transitioned into a face character despite being one of the most hated villains in the business. Prompting Ryback to step up against the former face of the company.

H is not needed, Cena vs Ryback one on one works much better in my opinion.

I was just stating that HHH could put people over in the future. Just like HBK did in his last years.

Didn't ask for your whole idea on HHH being in the Ryback/Cena situation. Which isn't the case in this thread either.:pity:

Who has Haitch put over though? The last I can think of is Dave in 05, or Orton in 08/09...does Hardy count actually he never pinned him but got his respect I suppose.

That handshake looked forced from my perspective.

And Lesnar if he counts for the record..

But I didn't say he put people over, but I said he COULD put people over in the near future.

Like Ryback, Cena, Barrett, guys from the Shield..

Hell, maybe even Big E!

He could absolutely but judging off history he rarely does.

Nope he's above HHH so beating him doesn't help him.

If he'd turn heel, and just win from random guys, wouldn't it be a little plain?
